What is the maximum capacity for events?The event hall can accommodate up to 80 people seated with tables indoors. This ensures a spacious, intimate setting for various events, providing comfort and high-quality amenities.

What is included with the rental?With each rental booking, the venue provides the following: On-site parking for guests 10 round tables (60in) 2 rectangle tables (6ft) White foldable chairs Bathroom access A full kitchen featuring a sink, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and commercial ice machine Bar area perfect for buffet or drink set Wi-Fi access ​Optional Pepsi product fountain drinks and cups are available upon request for an additional cost.

What is the setup and clean up policy?At Memories At Maplehurst, we offer our clients one additional hour for setup/clean up as part of our event package. This allows you time to prepare the event space to your liking and ensure everything is tidied up afterwards. Should you require more than this allotted hour, additional time can be purchased based on our hourly rates. Please note that it is the responsibility of the renter to ensure the event space is returned to its original condition at the end of the booking. What kitchen amenities are available?Memories At Maplehurst offers a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate your event needs. Our kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Additionally, there is a bar for food and drink setup.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to the venue. We also offer in-house pepsi product fountain drinks if you prefer for an additional cost. Please ensure that all food and drink items are removed at the end of your event.

Can we decorate the venue?Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue to suit your event. However, we ask that you do not use any materials that could cause damage to the property. Please ensure all decorations are removed at the end of your event.

What is the smoking policy?Memories At Maplehurst maintains a strict no-smoking policy within all indoor areas of the event hall to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, including restrooms and event spaces. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our smoking policy to help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.

Where is parking located?Memories At Maplehurst provides onsite parking to ensure guests can park with ease and fully enjoy the event without any inconvenience.

What is the cancellation policy for events booked at Memories At Maplehurst?At Memories At Maplehurst, we understand that plans can change. If the Renter cancels the event: The 50% deposit and the $150 damage/security deposit are non-refundable. No additional payment is required beyond what has already been paid at the time of cancellation if made before final payment is due. If the Renter cancels the event within 7 days prior to the event date (when total payment is due) the total rental amount is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing by email at maplehurst.events@gmail.com If the Owner cancels the event due to an emergency or issue with the venue, all money paid by the Renter will be refunded in full, including the deposit.

Is there a damage/security deposit required?Yes, a $150 refundable damage/security deposit is required to cover any potential damages during the event. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
