At Memories At Maplehurst, we offer our clients one additional hour for setup/clean up as part of our event package. At Memories At Maplehurst, we understand that plans can change. If the Renter cancels the event: The 50% deposit and the $150 damage/security deposit are non-refundable. No additional payment is required beyond what has already been paid at the time of cancellation if made before final payment is due. If the Renter cancels the event within 7 days prior to the event date (when total payment is due) the total rental amount is non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing by email at maplehurst.events@gmail.com If the Owner cancels the event due to an emergency or issue with the venue, all money paid by the Renter will be refunded in full, including the deposit.

Yes, a $150 refundable damage/security deposit is required to cover any potential damages during the event. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
